The screening will be followed by a live Q&A with Frank Miller, director Silenn Thomas and moderated by Lance Daly.
“My life has been driven by a relentless passion for drawing and storytelling… Sharing this passion with fans is what matters most,” says Frank Miller.

The film explores the near 50-year career of one of the most influential creators in comics and film. Through interviews, archival material, and behind-the-scenes access, it offers an intimate portrait of the artist behind iconic works. Contributors include Neal Adams, Robert Rodriguez, Jessica Alba, Jim Lee, Zack Snyder and Stan Lee.

Directed by Silenn Thomas and produced with Poisson Rouge Pictures, the documentary charts Miller’s groundbreaking career, from Daredevil and The Dark Knight Returns to Sin City, and celebrates his lasting impact on storytelling and popular culture.
A groundbreaking visual storyteller, Miller has reshaped the language of comics and left a lasting mark on modern cinema. In this special session, he’ll explore the power of colour, how contrast, restraint, and palette can define mood and drive narrative, from the stark monochrome of Sin City to the rich, burnished tones of 300.
From redefining superheroes with The Dark Knight Returns and Batman: Year One to his rise with Marvel’s Daredevil: Born Again, Miller’s influence spans generations. A Hall of Fame inductee, he remains one of the most important creative voices in the medium today.
